Colin O'Sullivan, DHA, FACHE - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. O’Sullivan is a recognized healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in healthcare administration, holding multiple senior leadership positions. His expansive background includes hospital CEO roles, corporate management of national hospital operations, regional health systems, and practice management. Mr. O’Sullivan’s leadership style creates a culture that empowers operations to excel, fosters growth for team members, and positively impacts patient care. His career includes 13 years in the Air National Guard as an Enlisted Airmen and Officer. He earned a doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University, a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Marshall University, and an undergraduate management degree from Concord College. In his recent role before ADHC, Mr. O’Sullivan was the Executive Vice President for Cornerstone Healthcare Group’s South region.

Jenny Storm, MBA, BSN, RN - Regional Chief Nursing Officer

Jenny Storm oversees the clinical, operational, strategic and financial performance of Advanced’s nursing and clinical service lines. She is an accomplished hospital and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in building trust and relationships, leading people and teams, improving and expanding programs, and implementing strategic direction in healthcare systems. Her previous roles include leadership positions for Houston Methodist, Tenet and HCA. Mrs. Storm has a track record of enhancing the patient experience and building long lasting relationships between facilities, employees, physicians, and the communities they serve. She is a native Houstonian and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on outdoor adventures.

Kevin Smoot - Executive Director, Subacute Trauma Program

Kevin Smoot joins Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System with over 30 years of management and sales and marketing experience. Mr. Smoot has extensive experience in business development and managing business units. Outside of work Mr. Smoot has worked on the advisory board for the Texas Southern School of Business, Big Brother and Big Sisters, Prisoners Entrepreneur Program (PEP) and volunteers at Provision School in Houston.
