Dr. Wafer Gamil - Medical Director

Dr. Gamil brings over three decades of experience to Advanced Dallas. An internal medicine specialist passionate about outstanding patient care, Dr. Gamil is committed to knowledge-based treatment delivered with empathy. He has dedicated his career to diagnosing and treating various medical conditions through personalized treatment plans tailored to meet a patient’s goals. Recently, a patient shared, “Dr. Gamil is, without a doubt, the kindest doctor I have ever seen. He listens, remembers, details, and always works in the best interest of his patients. He is never in a hurry to leave the room and always follows up with patients on his promises.” 

Jenny Storm, MBA, BSN, RN - Regional Chief Nursing Officer

Jenny Storm oversees the clinical, operational, strategic and financial performance of Advanced’s nursing and clinical service lines. She is an accomplished hospital and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in building trust and relationships, leading people and teams, improving and expanding programs, and implementing strategic direction in healthcare systems. Her previous roles include leadership positions for Houston Methodist, Tenet and HCA. Mrs. Storm has a track record of enhancing the patient experience and building long lasting relationships between facilities, employees, physicians, and the communities they serve. She is a native Houstonian and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on outdoor adventures.

Kevin Smoot - Executive Director, Subacute Trauma Program

Kevin Smoot joins Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System with over 30 years of management and sales and marketing experience. Mr. Smoot has extensive experience in business development and managing business units. Outside of work Mr. Smoot has worked on the advisory board for the Texas Southern School of Business, Big Brother and Big Sisters, Prisoners Entrepreneur Program (PEP) and volunteers at Provision School in Houston.
